These gummies are delicious and have a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture that doesn’t stick to my teeth. They work well to make me sleepy quickly. The only downside I have found is that personally I require 1 1/2 gummies to do the trick.

They absolutely help me fall asleep faster and even if I wake up in the night, I fall back to sleep much quicker. In the morning I wake up a little before my alarm feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for the day. Great product and service.
