Just like a new exercise plan or a meditation practice, it takes time to build a routine that translates into big results. For those beginning to integrate CBD into their daily life, it can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to notice a difference in your overall state of well-being. Here are several ways you can optimize the powerful health benefits of CBD to see better results, faster.

Be consistent.

Consistency is probably the single most important thing you can do to bolster your success with any CBD product. By taking your Mandara at the same time every day, whether it’s in the morning or upon waking up and again before bed, you will enjoy much better results than if you haphazardly add it to your busy schedule. The reason?
